- If we have no space,we will keep your contact information and will call you as soon as we have an opening.
- In case that we are vacant,we will send you information about paying a nonrefundable fee,which is 40% of the final price of your accomodation.If we wont get the fee on our account in 5 days,your reservation will be canceled and we will have a vacant space again.After the arrival you will need to pay the difference (total price minus paid 40% fee).
- At least 3 days before your arrival,please, call us and let us know the exact hour you are planning on coming (the standard time is between 3pm – 5pm on Saturday).
- The cottage is very easy to find, so we will meet you there.We will show you around and will ask you to pay a refundable 35,-€ (we will keep it in case of a damage).
- If there is no damage done,we will give you back your 35,-€ before your departure.
