OWNER AGREES WITH FOLLOWING :

1. the cottage will be clean before the guests arrival and will keep it warm at least at 18 C.
2. the surrounding is safe for children
3. the surrounding is safe for children:
• Clean bed sheets for all paid guests
• Sufficient volume of warm and cold drinking water
• In case of a cold summer, it can be heated as well
• Dinning furnite indoors/ outdoors
• basic equipment for cooking and dining
• 2 clean kitchen towels, dishwash detergent and a sponge
• Toilet paper
4. gas heating in the winter season
5. written booklet on how to use everything in the cottege

GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO:

1. lock the cottege when gone
2. nothing to steal
3. in case of damage, the guests will pay for it

IN GENERAL:

1. arriving time is after 3pm, departure is before 10am.
2. the owner will collect personal informations about the guests
3. the owner has the right to come and check the cottege anytime, will contact the guests prior coming
   
4. the owner has the right to cancel and ask the guests to leave if they are not using the cottege appropriatelly and if there are more people than are paid for
5. The guests are responsible to keep the cottege clean while their staying (the owner will provide the cleaning tools such as detergent, vacuum cleaner,broom...)
